About the Role:

Birdie's Links and Drinks, located in Middletown, DE, is looking for an experienced Golf Pro / Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the golf course and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service to golfers and all customers

Manage the golf simulators, including tee times, simulator maintenance, and staff

Ensure the safety and security of all golfers and staff

Train and develop staff to ensure excellent customer service

Perform administrative duties such as scheduling, budgeting, and tracking expenses

Organize and manage golf tournaments, leagues, and special events

Schedule and provide golf lessons for customers

Requirements:

5+ years of golf management experience

PGA or LPGA certification preferred

Excellent leadership and organizational skills

Strong communication and customer service skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office and golf simulator software

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
