About the Role:

GlenLakes Golf Club Inc is looking for a personable Golf Shop Associate to join our team in Foley, AL! This position reports to the GM Family Golf membership and pool membership included. Work minimum of 30-32 Hours per week.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist golfers with merchandise selection, tee time bookings, and general inquiries

Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems

Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing pro shop floor

Manage inventory, restock merchandise, and assist with product displays

Coordinate tee sheet management and communicate course conditions to guests

Assist with golf club rentals, cart assignments, and equipment handling

Support golf events, tournaments, and outings as needed

Requirements:

Previous retail, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred

Knowledge of golf, golf equipment, and golf course operations is a plus

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional demeanor

Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and early mornings

Basic math and cash-handling skills required

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs

Team-oriented with a positive, can-do attitude
