Functions: Complete all mission-critical Outside Service functions to ensure that all guests have an enjoyable facility experience. Critical functions include facility housekeeping (all buildings & outdoor surrounds), gas cart maintenance (storing cleaning, filling with gas), supporting range operations and managing customer water stations on golf course and around facility,

Duties: The position duties include, but are not limited to, the responsibilities listed below. The candidate must be prepared to take on additional duties as part of the GCS hospitality team, based on the business need.

Adhere to company policies and procedures

Clean and restock all restrooms with supplies

Clean and maintain golf carts and the cart pavilion

Empty property trash (parking lot, clubhouse, clubhouse surrounds, driving range, starter area, cart pavilion, and mini golf)

Maintain Driving Range (stocking tees, cleaning cobwebs, picking up trash and range baskets)

Set up and break down tables, tents, and chairs for special events

Assist MOD team with special projects

Be diligent about following Outside Service Roadmap and give feedback to management team for areas of improvement.

Be prepared to lift heavy items up to 50 pounds.

Assist hospitality team in customer services areas, as needed.

Respond to any customer incidents by notifying MOD and assisting with collection of incident facts.

Be observant, reporting anything unusual or hazardous to the MOD.

Stay in communication real-time at all times with the MOD.

Hours: This is a seasonal or year-round position with part-time or full-time hours. Scheduled hours are based on business needs. The business is open 7 days a week and on holidays. Closed on Christmas day only. Must be available to cover shifts on weekday mornings and/or evenings, on weekend mornings and/or evenings and on holidays.

Rate of Pay Increases Increase on 7/1/20: $15.00/hr
