Position Reports to: General Manager
Functions: Effectively manage, sell and register customers in Academy programs and golf facility events. Do payment processing, registration admin, and customer-relations building.
Duties: The position duties include, but are not limited to, the description listed below. The candidate must be prepared to take on additional responsibilities as part of the GCS team.
Provide management and operational presence in Sales office to ensure effective sales outreach and timely responses to customer inquiries. Also help ensure smooth customer operations in the Academy delivery of all golf instruction and related services.
Ensure customer service, safety of customers and employees, and cleanliness of Academy facilities.
Responsible for daily cash receipts and account for safekeeping according to company policy and procedures.
Coordinate all Academy staff schedules -- both sales team and teaching professionals. Ensure proper staffing levels for Academy, particularly to meet the demand for group lessons, clinics and junior classes/camps.
Provide information to operational staff members according to company employment policies and procedures.
Respond to customer complaints and problems.
Oversee the organization of Golf Academy educational programs, clinics, outings, club fittings and club repair/building, as needed.
Manage BOH report preparation, record keeping, policies/procedures enforcement and budgeting, as required. Ensure all customer data is collected and processed in a timely manner.
Work with company marketing/events coordinator in promoting all golf services to create customer interest and generate revenue.
Hours: Full-time Hours; Priority coverage needed on weekday evenings and weekends, at least one day.

Bachelors degree

Compensation: $20.00 / hour
