As a Mass Tort Litigation Paralegal, you will play a vital role in supporting our attorneys in the preparation, organization, and management of mass tort cases. You will support our firm-wide success by making sure each case gets the attention required.     Job Responsibilities:

    • Conduct comprehensive case research and gather relevant information for mass tort litigation cases
    • Assist attorneys in drafting and filing legal documents, including complaints, motions, briefs, and discovery requests in both state and federal courts
    • Coordinate and manage document production, including organizing and indexing electronic and physical files
    • Collaborate with attorneys to develop case strategies and prepare for trial
    • Review and summarize deposition transcripts, medical records, and other case-related documents
    • Conduct legal research to support case arguments and responses
    • Assist in preparing for and attending client meetings, depositions, hearings, and trials
    • Communicate and collaborate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in mass tort litigation
    • Maintain case calendars, track deadlines, and ensure timely completion of tasks
    • Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends related to mass tort litigation

    Job Requirements:


    • Bachelor’s Degree, Associate’s Degree, and/or paralegal certification from an accredited institution
    • Prior experience working as a paralegal (experience in mass tort litigation preferred)
    • Proficient in legal research, case management software (Filevine preferred), and electronic discovery tools
    • Strong knowledge of state and federal civil litigation procedures and rules
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook and Adobe Acrobat Pro
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
    • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team
    • Willingness to travel for depositions, hearings, and trials
    • Ability to be detail-oriented, diligent, and flexible
    • Self-starter who can handle conflicting time demands and focus on task completion
    • Ability to work and with diversified individuals of various ethnic backgrounds and professional competencies

    Job Type: Full-time, in-person

    Pay: Salary, $65k - $80k
