The Store Manager leads and contributes to the success of Gong cha through the direction and control of restaurant operations and talent management to ensure a positive guest and team member experience and company profitability. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring and train staff, foster a positive team member and guest service culture, attaining sales and profit objectives, and maintaining the highest standards of service, food quality, cleanliness, overall safety, and sanitation.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Responsible for the day-to-day leadership of the Gong cha store operations

Responsible for ordering food, beverage, paper, and other business-related products

Achieving sales objectives for each store

Conduct inventory and calculate food and beverage costs to analyze variances or discrepancies.

Adhering to a budget

Ensures positive guest experience by monitoring and ensuring service and delivery of the Gong cha touch.

Setting performance expectations, goals, and objectives

Maintain the highest standards of guest service, food quality and safety, cleanliness, and sanitation

Responsible for submitting accurate information to the Multi Unit Manager.

Candidate Requirements & Qualifications:

Minimum one (1) years experience in Beverage Service, or a similar quick-service restaurant environment

Minimum three (1) years experience in Management

ServSafe certified (required, or willing to obtain quickly upon hiring)

Must be able to work in a fast paced, high energy, and physically demanding environment.

Must be able to carry loads greater than 25 pounds and be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.

Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 10 hours)

Ability to travel to other locations
