Responsibilities: • Prospect pre-qualified leads generated by sales agents to convert them into new business and schedule listing appointments. • Respond to listing appointment requests to set an appointment. • Conduct a Comparative Market Analysis to help your clients price their homes. • Attend listing appointments with a clear listing presentation that includes key selling points and the suggested asking price. • Complete real estate listing paperwork, create new MLS listings, post listings to social media, and implement a marketing plan for new listings to ensure accurate information that promotes quick sales • Handle all aspects of MLS and marketing listings • Work with clients to stage and market homes that draw in homebuyers and their real estate agents to achieve a quick sale • Post to MLS and social media. • Implementing a proven marketing plan to ensure quick sales. • Follow up with clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings • Coordinate with home inspectors and realtors to schedule inspections, open houses, and showings • Negotiate contracts with buyer’s agents to achieve the best deal possible for the client • Develop and maintain relationships with prospective sellers and clients. • Price, stage, and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly. Qualifications: • Valid and active Real Estate License • Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in your car • Valid US driver's license • Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision • Driven, motivated, and desires professional growth • Strong communication skills, interpersonal skills, and time management skills • Present yourself in a professional manner • Ability to work a flexible schedule • The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment • Written and Verbal communication skills • Has excellent organizational, time management, and follow-up skills • Confident, persuasive, and consistent • Capable of using CRM software to keep customer information organized and confidential • Excellent understanding of the real estate market conditions and how to utilize market analysis Compensation: $100,000+ Commission Based
