Very busy Dog Hotel looking for a Friendly Front Desk associate to add to our team. We are a friendly, fun and exciting team that needs a go getter to help make our customers #1. This is a very detailed, fast paced position. The position requires about 20-30 hours per week. Also requires weekend work. Are you outgoing? Do you have a great smile? Job Requirements: (MUST HAVE A GREAT SMILE AND BE VERY OUTGOING!!) TRAINING REQUIRES 4-5 DAYS PER WEEK FOR A MIN OF 3 WEEKS *Must not be afraid of dogs!!!!!!!!! * Must possess quality customer service skills! * Computer literate, ability to learn boarding/grooming software * Able to work weekends and evenings/early am * Able to answer multiple phone lines * Have a strong attention to detail * Have excellent communication skills
