    The Ideal Candidate

    Have you been successful in residential construction? Do you possess general construction knowledge? Are you a self-starter with strong organizational skills, including attention to detail, multi-tasking with excellent written and verbal communication skills? Do you have a pleasing personality and great interpersonal skills in person and over the phone? Are you a “CAN DO” type of individual committed to excellence? Do you have strong MS Office Suite skills with the ability to gather, analyze data and the ability to manage several work streams with multi-business impacts? Are you resourceful with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality? If so, you have what it takes to succeed with our company. We are looking for a dynamic individual that desires to be on a winning team with a commitment to helping our clients achieve great success!

    The Ideal Individual Possesses

    A General Contractors License (not required but highly desired)

    A proven history of success in residential construction

    Luxury residential renovation/remodeling experience is a plus

    Proficient skill level in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and general technology skills

    Ability to gather and analyze data and to work with figures

    Pleasing personality and great interpersonal skills in person and over the phone

    Ability to organize and keep records

    Excellent ability to manage several work streams with multi-business impacts

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    Strong organizational skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills

    Self-starter

    College degree
