We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our team! You will resolve IT related issues for our clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software, networking issues, various and inclusive operational IT related aspects
• Resolve issues for clients via phone, in person, or electronically
• Recommend hardware and software improvements
• Track customer issues and resolutions

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in IT, customer service, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
• Positive and professional demeanor

We are a small but very stable consulting company (10 to 12 employees) looking to expand do to increase work load. The majority of our employees have been with us more than 5 years. We provide IT Services to our client base. We are looking for an individual(s) to join our staff. Experience can range from basic help desk to more senior work requiring server skills, support, and diagnostics. Professional appearance and demeanor are important.
