JOB OVERVIEW :Support a customer success manager in delivering a great experience to our corporate volunteering clients • Participate in virtual volunteering events organized for corporate employees as Goodera representative • Identify and implement key strategic initiatives to improve customer experience across virtual volunteering activities • Support in analysing data to identify emerging customer trends and recommend actionable.
