THE BACKGROUND:

Goodman Masson launched our NYC office in 2018. Specialising in Technology recruitment, our NYC leader, has a wonderful reputation in the NYC market and has demonstrated success in building, motivating and developing high performing teams by setting a clear vision, working towards shared goals, training and developing the team and empowering them to give an excellent service to clients and candidates that best services their market.

We have a mature approach to building our business. We are results focused and performance responsible (rather than KPIs). We appreciate different markets require a different approach and the importance of being innovative and adaptable is key.

We have had great success growing our business in a powerful way via a team launch. We are excited to grow our business in New York by attracting high performing experienced Technology Consultants from our competitors....sending a powerful message to the market!

You will have access to our wonderful London based support teams (business support, a compliance specialist, marketing team, client services team, in-house IT support etc.) and you will be given the tools to make this business a success.

THE PROFILE:

To be considered for the position, we would look for the following characteristics:

• Demonstrated success in your previous positions within 360* Technology recruitment
• Expert knowledge of the Technology market
• Proven success at winning new business and developing client relationships
• An ability to source, qualify and represent the best professionals in your field
• A passion for influencing stakeholders, consulting and recruitment
• An entrepreneurial spirit with a desire to build a business and seeking career progression
