POSITION OBJECTIVE:
The Business Analyst provides strategic business analysis services to business partners. This Position is a role in a fast-paced regional business environment with direct reporting into the Regional President and Finance Manager as well as interfacing with various business stakeholders including customers and key process owners regarding strategic business issues around new market entry, contract economics and design as well as business / customer profitability analysis.
The focus of this position is to work closely with the regional business unit to gain in-depth understanding of customer’s business strategy, processes, services, roadmap and the context in which the business operates as well as how Goodpack serves the customers. Responsibilities include reviewing assigned business processes from end-to-end to identify and address operational, financial and technological risks and opportunities to improve efficiency and accuracy.

REQUIREMENTS:

REPORTS TO: Regional President and Regional Finance Manager
INTERNAL LIAISONS: The position requires excellent communication and teamwork with the Sales Team, Business Development, Operations and Customer Service regionally and globally.
EXTERNAL LIAISONS: The position requires excellent working relationships and networking with potential and existing customers to promote the use of Goodpack IBC throughout their supply chain.
