Job Description

We are a Southeastern Virginia Independent Insurance Agency specializing in Property and Casualty Insurance. We are hiring for a full-time position for a highly coachable, forward-thinking individual with ADVANCED computer skills. This position comes with a base salary and is negotiable based on experience in the industry and qualifications. We also pay commission for cross selling Personal Lines business.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer questions via phone and email
• Enter customer data in CRM
• Process customer policy transactions
• Making recommendations on coverage's and quoting as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

• P&C Insurance Licence
• Experience in Personal Lines Insurance sales and service
• Strong and effective communication
• Advanced computer literacy
• Detail oriented and able to work independently under pressure
