Job Title: Conservatory Server

Reports To: Events Manager

Responsibilities and Duties

Always provide the highest quality of service to the guests and anticipate guest needs, and exceed their expectations

Ability to respond quickly and accurately to guest requests.

Display good customer relation skills and take the initiative to greet guests in a friendly manner.

Partnering with the culinary team and server to work as a team to ensure coordinated work flow during shifts to meet business demands and ensure customer satisfaction

Prepares service stations and service equipment.

Polishes, glassware, silverware, and china

Can speak at length with guests about the food and beverage selections, aiding their decision-making process.

Course food items appropriately

Perform side work and end-of-shift closeout tasks

Qualifications and Skills

Fine Dining Experience required

Minimum two years of previous service experience

Beer, wine, and spirits knowledge with the ability to make recommendations to guests

Prior serving experience is required.

Professional appearance

Knowledge about our cuisine

Knowledge about wine and beverage pairings

Presentation skills

Attention to detail
