Essential Functions: (must be able to perform these functions, with or without a reasonable accommodation).

1.     Monitor video surveillance systems and associated functions such as retrieval, storage, and archiving of relevant events. 2.    Monitor Global Positioning System (GPS) mobile tracking program and associated functions such as user support.  3.    Write clear and concise reports on the findings of surveillance. 
2.          Maintains adherence to all company policies and procedures.
3.      Regular attendance is required as outlined in Goodwill Easterseals’ attendance policy.

Skills, knowledge and abilities: (these are required to enable job holder to perform the essential functions of the job). 1.    Understanding of corporate policies, procedures, and operations with ability to be objective in formal inquiries. 2.    Knowledge and use of video surveillance/GPS systems, cameras, and appropriate legally permissible investigative practices.   3.    Ability to use general office equipment including computer and email. 4.    Must be able to keep information confidential. 5.    Must be able to read, write and communicate clearly in English, both individually and with groups. 6.          Must pass a drug screen, including random drug testing as required by the Drug Free Workplace policy.  

Experience and Education Requirements: 

High School Diploma or GED preferred. . Experience in Microsoft Office software and Internet skills required.   Knowledge of video surveillance systems preferred, ability to learn is required

Physical Requirements: •    Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time. •    Must be able to use hands, fingers and wrists, repetitively, using a computer keyboard.
