EDUCATION: High school education or the equivalent. Must know simple bookkeeping and accounting. JOB COMPETENCIES: Serves as hiring manager in the Manager and/or Assistant Manager''s absence and will complete employee work schedules, evaluations and ADP as needed. Will handle customer complaints. Oversees store operation including inventory, warehouse and stock rotation per manager. Per manager, performs all administrative and clerical details associated with store operation and orders supplies as needed. Provides supervision for all sales associates, trains employees and follows cash handling procedures on a daily basis.
