    TracFone is seeking an individual will use industrial engineering principles and change management techniques attained through formal studies to identify areas of improvement and work with assigned business areas in the design and implementation of sustainable solutions. 

     

     RESPONSIBILITIES: 

     

    Provide service of system and/or process (re) design and flow documentation with minor business project/initiatives.  Following department improvement cycle:

Appropriate | | change should be submitted for implementation (PIR, CR, or CA) | | - FOLLOW UP with project Cycle (From Dev to Post-Implementation, | | assuring desired deliverables) | | - FINAL DELIVERABLE can include:  initiative impact report, feedback | | on pending items/next steps, proposed metrics for monitoring area. | | | | - Analyze user/tool interactions to identify opportunities to improve | | efficiencies and successful outcomes, especially as related to high | | volume ongoing business processes.  | | - Analyze the root causes of real- time existing issues, document all | | related issues, with the corresponding causes, solutions, and TAT.  | | Notify management and appropriate departments of identified issues | | and provide feasible solutions/required changes for implementation.  | | - Review, document, and maintain existing operational processes | | and flows. Work with management towards improvement of mentioned | | processes.  | | - Provide ad-hoc reports and graphs demonstrating areas of improvement | | and weekly reports to management on progress and results, include | | short-term goals and plan to achieve them. | +--------------------------------------------------------------------------+

     

     

     

    Required Skills Required Experience

     

    • BS in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science any Mathematics field or Engineering related degrees. Master’s Degree is a “plus”.
    • Experience in business/systems analysis, documentation, and reengineering a “plus”.
    • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel, Access, Visio, etc)
    • Advanced Knowledge of Process/Quality/Business improvement methodologies.
    • Advanced Knowledge of Statistics and Process Control.
    • Knowledge of SQL.

     

  • Qualifications

    COMPUTER SKILLS

    • Basic Outlook skills as evidenced by creating and sending messages, working with address books, message handling, creating and using personal folders, scheduling appointments, working with meeting requests and managing tasks.
    • Basic Word for Windows skills as evidenced by the ability to produce basic business letters and simple tables and charts; as well as check spelling, set tabs, change page orientation, sort, save, open and organize electronic files.
    • Intermediate Excel skills as evidenced by the ability to use workbooks, create simple formulas, insert and delete data, create and edit charts, filter and sort lists, and format data, link data, create and edit charts, change page orientation, add headers and footers, filter and sort lists, format data, insert rows, enter and sort data and produce graphs and charts.

     

     

    OTHER SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE

    • Knowledge of regulations governing procurement in not-for-profit organizations.
    • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
    • Ability to deal discretely with confidential or sensitive information.
    • Ability to provide accurate, helpful and timely customer service to meet the needs of the Arc customers.

     

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

    • Normal office environment
    • Primarily sedentary work with the need to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
