    Job Description

    Job requirements : Survey Interview Specialist

    • 20 hours/week for 4-8 weeks

    • 3:30pm to around 7pm / Weekends a possibility

    • Rate of pay = $28 an hour

      • NEED TO LIVE IN ONE OF THESE 3 ZIP CODES: 19801, 19802, 19805
      • Attend a training with YES! Study team members to learn how to assist the youth with the survey.
      • Need to be willing to go door-to-door to speak with participants and their parents about taking a survey, offer to have them take it right there on a tablet that you will bring with you, and if no one is home, leave a flyer on the door
        • Details: Go door to door after school hours (and possibly on the weekend) to encourage youth to take the outcome survey for the YES! Study. Each day, the employee will receive a list of youth to visit that day.
      • You will need to have a background check that confirms you can work with youth (does not include previous criminal justice engagements that are nonviolent)
        • Need to be willing to abide by all IRB requirements, including signing our confidentiality pledge and following all COVID requirements. COVID requirements include -
          • Be fully vaccinated and boosted.
          • All activities will be conducted exclusively in outdoor settings.
          • Wear a KN95 masks at all times when interacting with youth or any other people.
          • We will check the teams temperature before traveling to Wilmington and again before any activities.
          • Have hand sanitizer available and use it frequently throughout recruitment activities and make it available to youth and their families.
