We are looking for a Compliance Inspector in the Austin area. Your mission would be to drive through assigned communities and notate violations. This job requires reliable transportation along with insurance. You will be driving your own vehicle through various communities. This position reimburses you for mileage and toll fees.

• Visually inspect properties within Association for Deed Restriction Violations
• Process and mail notices pertaining to Deed Restriction Violations
• Miscellaneous administrative job responsibilities
• Reliable vehicle with insurance
• Competency in Microsoft Office Applications
