Are you a passionate Multi-Unit Restaurant Manager looking for a positive culture change or a long term fast food/QSR GM ready for the step in your career into a Multi-Unit leadership role? A growing iconic restaurant brand is looking for a Multi-Unit Supervisor to oversee 3-4 units. Our ideal candidates will bring a passion for managing a team shoulder to shoulder, a proven ability to execute brand standards, and a strong desire to mentor others.

FAST FOOD RESTAURANT MULTI-UNIT SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure each location effectively manages food and labor costs as well as other controllable expenses
• Drive sales at each business unit and exceed budgets
• Demonstrate all leadership capabilities and develop the next generation of restaurant professionals
• Ensure all assigned locations comply with all brand standards, policies, and procedures
• Meet or exceed company expectations for guest satisfaction results

FAST FOOD RESTAURANT MULTI-UNIT SUPERVISOR QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1-5 years experience in a multi-unit restaurant management role or 5+ years in a GM role-brand specific
• Drive-thru experience required
• Experience with implementing change management strategies
• Extensive knowledge of all financials and budgets
• Confident in holding yourself and team members accountable
