Job Description

As our Network Administrator, you will ensure the users are always productive and keep the system running. Reporting to the Chief Information Officer, you will be instrumental in the health of the network, ensure documentation is updated, and work closely with end-users.

NETWORK ADMINISTRATOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Network Administration
• Efficiently answering Helpdesk queries (Spiceworks)
• Server deployment and maintenance
• Wireless support to all user
• Add/Modify/Delete users to the system

NETWORK ADMINISTRATOR QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience with support and troubleshooting of Windows OS Platform, Servers, and Domain Networking
• Proven knowledge of SQL queries and reporting
• Experience/knowledge of retail grocery ordering/receiving/inventory processes.
• Strong dedication to customer service required
• Strong interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills are required
• Driving to locations is required must have a good driving record
• Familiar with VMWare v6.5+, Veeam B&R, MS Active Directory, MS Office, Networking, VLANs, Wifi, Switches, UPS s, PDU s, Powershell and vbscript Scripting. Toshiba ACE POS, FuturePOS (retail POS systems), MSSQL experience a plus.
