Job Description

Our client is a small manufacturing company looking for an Office Manager/Bookkeeper to join their team. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and optimize AR/AP (including payroll) processes.
• QuickBooks - billing, invoicing, payment processing, and bank reconciliation
• Operations support: materials pricing, delivery schedules, payment terms, purchase orders
• Reporting and analysis of processes to streamline for efficiency.
• HR supporting including hire, onboard, develop and train employees. Manage benefits including 401k
• Coordinate health and safety training, compliance audits and training records.
• Facilitate monthly safety and training meetings.
• Coordinate weekly production management meetings

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• BA/BS degree in Business, Accounting or Operations or equivalent practical experience
• 5 years of relevant office management and HR experience
• Manufacturing company experience is preferred
• Required - QuickBooks, Word, and Excel
