    Job Description

    Goodwin Recruiting seeks an experienced, results-driven Sales Manager for an Independent and Assisted Living community.

    SALES MANAGER DUTIES:

    • Manage and supervise the day-to-day sales activities of a community consisting of approximately 75 units of Independent and Assisted Living
    • Increase the census by getting active in the community and driving leads
    • Brand promotion and Community outreach within the neighboring towns to network and promote the facility
    • Ability to develop and execute creative and strategic sales plans that result in meeting (and ideally exceeding) census and sales goals

    SALES MANAGER REQUIREMENTS:

    • 2-3+ years sales, marketing, community outreach within senior living
    • MUST HAVE ASSISTED LIVING AND INDEPENDENT LIVING SALES EXPERIENCE
    • Exceptional communication skills at all levels
    • Basic knowledge of and use of: Outlook, Excel, Word, and CRM systems (Yardi a plus)

    SALES MANAGER BENEFITS:
