Job Description

Our client is a growing Venture Capital and Private Equity firm. We are searching for a talented Remote Client Services Manager to join a growing team and be an integral part of the organization. The ideal candidate will assist in its annual general meeting, Handle the marketing aspects of potential private market investment opportunities as well as handle clients requests.

REMOTE CLIENT SERVICES MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist client relations team with institutional investor events.
• Assist in onboarding new clients.
• Collaborate across teams to assist with the launch of the 2021 annual meeting.
• Assist the investor relations and investment team with the production of the annual conference, marketing campaign, and event planning.
• Assist in mapping out new client leads.
• Create marketing emails and event newsletter

REMOTE CLIENT SERVICES MANAGER QUALIFICATIONS:

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• 3-5 years of client services or investor relations experience in high growth startups or an investment firm or wealth management
• Bachelor s degree or higher
• Outstanding analytical skills, detail-oriented, proactive and self-motivated
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to produce well-designed Powerpoint presentations.
• Ability to communicate well with investors.
• High integrity, Work ethic, and a strong team player are critical for this role.
