Goodwyn Mills Cawood (GMC) is one of the largest privately-held architecture and engineering firms in the Southeast.
GMC is looking to expand our studio in Charleston, SC. We are seeking a Project Architect to contribute to our team’s continued success. We foster an environment built around personal growth and development. We also shape our office around the talented people that we hire. As a Project Architect, you will manage some projects independently, while working under a Project Manager on larger projects, but serving in a lead role with a high level of autonomy. We believe in continuity of involvement, which means that you will be involved in projects from start to finish. We feel that this is the best way to serve our clients and to build up our staff.

Local job site travel as needed per project. Our projects are generally located within a 3-hour drive of the office. Overnight trips are uncommon.
