    As a Marketing Professional at GMC, you will play a pivotal role in steering our strategic direction to secure multi-million-dollar projects. Located in Nashville , you will work closely with the Senior Marketing Associate, Vice President of Marketing and Senior Vice President of Architecture, contributing to the expansion and success of our Architecture Department both locally and across our entire footprint.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with leadership to identify and pursue key projects on both a local and national level.
    • Work with leadership and technical staff to create compelling proposals and presentations for architectural design pursuits.
    • Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with our company's growth objectives.
    • Support a range of marketing initiatives across various offices such as proposal development, corporate branding, project awards and industry name recognition.
    • Engage with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts and the achievement of multi-disciplined goals.

    Job Requirements:

    • Minimum of 5 years’ experience assembling proposals, presentations and marketing collateral for an Architecture/Engineering/Construction (AEC) firm.
    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, PR, communications, journalism or a related field.
    • Proficiency in Adobe Create Suite software (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc) and Microsoft 365 (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc).
    • Tactful interpersonal communication with a proactive approach.
    • Persuasiveness and diplomacy in verbal and visual communication.
    • Self-motivated and creative with a proactive and initiative-driven mindset.
    • Capable of working effectively under pressure while maintaining composure and urgency.
    • Demonstrate strong time and project management skills with minimal oversight.
    • Collaborate effectively with internal clients across all levels, both autonomously and as part of a team, utilizing in-person and remote communication methods.
    • Capable of managing multiple projects with overlapping critical deadlines and schedules.
    • Willingness to support various marketing efforts as-needed both locally and regionally across our company footprint.

    Preferred Requirements:

    • 10+ years’ experience assembling proposals, presentations and marketing collateral for an Architecture firm.
    • Familiarity with client database management and CRM software.
    • Strategic mindset with a technical understanding of the AEC industry and the strategies required for success.
    • Strong storytelling abilities and adept organization of ideas to effectively convey concepts and messages.
    • Exceptional writing, editing and proofreading skills.
    • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to generate innovative content ideas.
    • Ability to craft engaging and compelling content for various platforms and audiences.
