Goody Goody is a family-owned and operated retail and wholesale company with locations in Dallas, Tarrant, Collin, Gregg, and Harris County. We are currently searching for a Wholesale Sales Support Representative to add to the team. The successful candidate will be an organized, self-starter with a passion for serving the administrative needs of our wholesale customers and sales department.
Reports to: Wholesale Sales Manager
Job Function: To develop new prospects and interact with existing customers to enhance usage of our web order entry system and provide adequate customer service to all accounts.
Duties & Responsibilities:
To promote the use of the web order entry system
To train new web accounts on the order entry system
To provide ongoing support to all web accounts
To solicit current customers to utilize ACH payment processing
To promote Goody Goody products to house accounts in an effort to increase gross profit
To assist all accounts with orders and customer service
To assist sales team with daily issues including bidding, accounting and marketing
To supplement warehouse customer service team as needed
To assist with sourcing and the setup of new products
Helpful knowledge, skills and abilities:
Above average experience with computers and web programs
Ability to communicate well and train customers to become self sufficient
Inside sales experience is a plus
Ability to learn product line and web system changes and enhancements
Ability to create presentations for sales and sales support purposes
Previous industry experience is strongly preferred
Ability to work as part of a team in a fast paced, competitive environment
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred
Requirements:
TABC certification
Good written and verbal communication skills in English
Basic knowledge of MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Bachelor’s degree preferred, high school diploma required
