Base Compensation: Commencing at $19 per hour with the potential to earn up to $23.49 per hour

The Line Workers for Assembly operate manufacturing machinery and/or perform manual labor that supplies raw materials, products, or services associated with the production and processing of tires and tire components.

Shift Particulars: 12-hour shifts, rotating every two weeks

• 2-2-3 work schedule (one week, you would work on Monday and Tuesday, have Wednesday and Thursday off, and then work from Friday to Sunday. The following week would be the opposite - off on Monday and Tuesday, work on Wednesday and Thursday, and have Friday to Sunday off.)

Work Atmosphere: Tupelo, MS Plant

• Safety is our utmost priority, and safety procedures/guidelines must always be followed. This includes utilizing safety gear such as hearing and eye protection, protective clothing, and steel-toed shoes.

• The job is situated in a fast-paced, heavily industrial environment, and you may be required to work in various areas of the factory.

• The environmental conditions can be hot, cold, and noisy.

Job-specific particulars encompass, but are not restricted to:

• Lifting/carrying items weighing 50-75 pounds repeatedly

• Walking or standing, which may also involve stooping, crawling, and crouching around conveyors and/or production equipment

• Efficiently and safely operating and monitoring equipment/line, relocating or adjusting materials and/or finished products as necessary to facilitate proper flow and machine operation

• Operating manufacturing equipment proficiently and securely

• Ensuring product quality

• Facilitating prompt repairs to the line and collaborating with maintenance when necessary

• Cleaning equipment and the work area during and after the shift

• Maintaining daily records of machine operations and downtime

Core Qualifications:

• Completion of high school or possession of a GED

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Must possess legal authorization to work in the United States without company sponsorship, both presently and in the future

• Required to lift heavy materials, climb, stand, squat, bend, and work at elevated heights with or without reasonable accommodations
