We are boutique digital marketing agency seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Google Ads and SEM Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in digital marketing, particularly in social media management and advertising. This role will involve managing campaigns across various platforms, optimising performance, and ensuring that our marketing strategies align with the latest trends and technologies. The Specialist will play a crucial role in enhancing online presence and driving engagement through effective campaign management.
Duties
Develop and implement paid Google Ads strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
Manage advertising campaigns across Google Ads, ensuring optimal performance through continuous monitoring and adjustments.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth within the digital landscape.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling content that aligns with SEO best practices.
Use Google Tag Manager to track campaign performance and gather insights for future strategies.
Monitor and analyse campaign metrics, providing regular reports on performance and recommendations for improvement.
Stay updated on industry developments, tools, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
Experience
Proven experience in social media/ Google Ads management, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns.
Google Adwords Expert Certification
Experience with Meta Campaigns a plus
Familiarity with Google Ads, DoubleClick, Google Tag Manager, and other relevant digital marketing tools.
Demonstrated knowledge of SEO principles and their application in content creation.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions based on insights.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
