Responsibilities:

\- Run service and maintenance calls as scheduled and according to policy and procedure

\- Diagnose HVAC failures and successfully repair them

\- Follow dispatching procedures before and after each call

\- Properly submit all paperwork, money collected and timecard daily

\- Keep company vehicle and property clean and well maintained

\- Be available to perform on-call duties when scheduled

\- Follow through all sales to completion

\- Build strong relationships with each customer to create a lasting client

Experience:

\- 2+ years of residential, commercial, and/or industrial HVAC experience a plus

\- Will consider less experience for the right candidate

Requirements:

\- High School diploma or GED or six months related experience and or training

\- Excellent communication skills

\- Valid driver’s license

\- Graduate of HVAC program of instruction of two or more years in duration
