\- Alterations of electrical systems and fixtures

\- Ability to work independently and with a crew

\- Skill or experience interpreting blueprints

\- Accurately follow oral and written directions

\- Trouble-shoot effectively; “think outside the box”

\- Follow through all jobs to completion
