Provide support for the Project Management Team, Independent Sales Reps, Architects and Contractor Customers.

Provides Administrative support for the Project Management Team, for Independent Sales Reps, Architects and Contractor Customers:
Product Order Entry
Order Follow Up
Project Document Control
Project Submittal Packs
Project Closing Documents
Provides assistance to manage all details of the transactions - document and follow up.
Ensures Sales Order accuracy, so that orders may be planned and manufactured with the highest possible degree of quality, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness, and shipped in a timely manner
Ability to grasp new concepts quickly and to learn new products, details and specifications.
Reliable and able to maintain a professional demeanor to all concerned by projecting a positive phone and email presence.
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
Maintain electronic and paper filing system.
Organize meetings and general help to support visitors.
Fills in for Receptionist
Handles Outgoing Mail
All other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in a Technical / Construction / Manufacturing industry experience in a Customer Support position, preferred
College degree a plus
Excellent Oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools, like MS Excel and Office equipment
Ability to read architectural drawings/ blue prints is a plus
Strong data entry and computer skills
