    • Researching and staying current on state employment laws.
    • Creating Stay Interview questionnaires, as well as Employee Satisfaction surveys.

    During the first six months, this role will shadow our HR consultants to learn the ins and outs of our consulting methods, preparing them to transition into developing their consulting relationship with the client - eventually leading the calls.

    The Candidate

    We are looking for an insatiably curious HR professional with a minimum of 4+ years in an HR Generalist or recruitment role, SHRM-CP or PHR certification, and loves the following:

    • Variety in day-to-day HR activities, projects, industries, and personalities;
    • Fearlessly hunting and recruiting awesome talent for our clients;
    • Working with business owners to find solutions to their people challenges;
    • High level of organization with an eye for detail;
    • A nut for correct grammar and proper writing and speaking skills;
    • Enjoys working independently (remotely) within a small team;
    • Seeks out feedback and growth opportunities;
    • Can adapt to various communication styles with relative ease;
    • And can pivot and flow with changes in the day and week.
    • Fluency in Spanish is a bonus.
