    Job Description

    The SAAS ACCOUNT REPRESENTATIVE will be responsible for leading Cross-Sell/Up-Sell conversations with transactional renewals customers and manage a portion of SaaS renewals. The SaaS Account Representative will be required to work with cross functional teams such as license sales, product specialists, and channel partners to ensure alignment and to drive increased customer success and adoption. The ideal candidate will be able to forge strategic relationships with channel partners and educate the channel on how a renewal event can drive a net new transaction for the client while maintaining high renewal rates.

    RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

    • Forge strategic relationships with Channel Partners
    • Manage a portion of SaaS renewals
    • Dial out 120 – 150 customers per day
    • Drive high retention rates across renewals
    • Cross-sell and up-sell emerging technologies and adding new services
    • Achieve target quotas, if not exceed them

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications or a technology discipline or possess equivalent work experience
    • Ability to work with cross functional teams such as Systems Engineers, Inside/Outside Sales, Field Marketing, Professional Services, Account Executives, Product Specialists, and Channel Partners
    • Capable of independently making good decisions in the spirit of strategic direction of the organization
    • Possess discipline and efficiency
    • Accomplished in interacting, compiling, and summarizing various data sources
    • Proactive with having discussions with Channel Partners and customers about with strategic products and services

    EXPERIENCE

    • 2-5 years’ experience in a sales role managing fast-paced deal negotiations
    • Experience negotiating a new license deal using an existing customer base
    • Prior customer success experience in the SaaS industry
    • Previous experience building cross-organizational relationships
