GOTHAM HAS AN OPEN POSITION FOR AN EXPERIENCED STAFFING COORDINATOR WHO HAS WORKED WITH HOSPITAL AND SCHOOL NURSES AS WELL AS PARAPROFESSIONALS AND THERAPISTS FOR OUR MANHATTAN OFFICE! 

STAFFING COORDINATING EXPERIENCE IS A MUST!

Please review job details and functions below:

• Build a loyal pool of nurses, therapists and paraprofessionals.
• Operate with a sense of urgency.
• Utilize the internet and various platforms to identify open requests for candidates.
• Assist in maintaining Gotham’s database to document expiration of credentials.
• Follow up with Gotham’s dormant candidates to initiate, assign weekly coverage
• Provide daily ongoing communication with Gotham’s nurses, therapists and paraprofessionals to address assignments, time and attendance, as well as necessary alerts and resources.
• Enter daily and weekly schedules for all candidates.
• Manage ongoing relationships with the temporary workforce, including payroll, attendance, benefits, and compensation.
• Bilingual a plus
