What you’ll do • Make to spec: gourmet deluxe sandwiches, composed salads and more… • Bake pastries, croissants and more…

• Prep & line work: slice/portion ingredients, set up/tear down stations, maintain a spotless line • Food safety: temps, sanitizer checks, allergen awareness, accurate date/lot labeling; clean as you go • Inventory/receiving: QA product, put-away/rotate (FIFO), cycle counts, waste tracking; flag lows/outs • Customer service: answer product questions, package to-go orders, suggest add-ons/bundles

What you bring • 1+ year deli/café kitchen or gourmet retail experience • Portion discipline, recipe accuracy, and consistent speed • Reliable, coachable communicator; • CA Food Handler/ServSafe (or obtain within 30 days) • Able to stand long periods and lift/carry up to 50 lbs

Schedule & pay Shifts: two 6-hour shifts. Opener: 6:00 AM–12:00 PM (6 hrs paid + 30-min meal). Later: 12:00 PM–6:00 PM. We are hiring two positions to cover both shifts. • Occasional weekends/holidays as needed. • $22–$25/hr DOE, non-exempt plus commissions.
