    Job Description

    The idea Enterprise Account Executive will be an experienced salesperson who is comfortable generating sales leads with new clients and maintaining relationships with existing ones. The candidate will be able to understand prospective client's needs and offer ideal solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and have a positive track record of exceeding outlined goals. This person must have experience selling SaaS, with a preference in the Public Sector (counties, cities or towns a plus).

    The ideal candidate will have talent in sales and experience in customer service. We expect you to be a reliable professional able to achieve balance between customer orientation and a results-driven approach.

    The goal is to find opportunities and turn them in long-term profitable relationships based on trust and mutual satisfaction, while understanding the urgency and need to close deals.

    Responsibilities

    • Build and maintain relationships with clients

    • Set and exceed sales quotas

    • Prospect clients and understand their needs

    • Introducing products/service to prospective clients/customers

    • Keeping a track of sales trends

    • Keeping in contact with clients

    • Accurate forecasting and deal qualification

    • Negotiating agreements

    • Account ownership and customer satisfaction

    • Travel in territory (when needed)

    Qualifications

    • 6+ years experience as an Enterprise Account Executive

    • Strong communication skills and understanding of the sales process

    • Demonstrated ability to set goals and achieve them

    • Having knowledge of principles of marketing and research

    • Excellent listening skills (especially with clients)

    • CRM background using Salesforce

    • Excellent communication skills ( verbal and written)

    • Hunter mentality to find new business and maintain it

    • Possessing good business acumen

    • Past/present experience selling SasS based solutions (state, local, county or city selling experience a plus)

    • Experience working with RFPs and government contracts

    • Excellent sales hygiene and follow up

    • Coachable and open to constructive feedback

    • BA/BS preferred
