We are seeking a candidate to join our Product development team. This individual will be acting primarily in a QA role; however, there will be some BA responsibilities as well. This individual will be responsible for functional testing and quality assurance of all new software as well as supporting and maintaining all current functionality. This individual will be a subject matter expert during scope and requirements gathering to ensure development needs are communicated and captured.

As Grab is a scaleup where the team often wear many hats, we may request assistance in other areas.

REQUIREMENTS RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

• Become a subject matter expert of our digital platforms – kiosk, mobile app, web, and content management system
• Requirements analysis from an IT perspective to ensure document contains all that our development team requires to build requested software
• Test plan creation, execution, test results review, and reporting
• Problem research, analysis, recreation, and documentation
• Communicate effectively with developers on explanation of requirements and validating the implementation of new functionality
• Working closely with product and development teams to ensure the development team is working on the right priorities at the right time
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding the status of development and testing

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Understanding of all aspects of the software development lifecycle
• Ability to research and troubleshoot issues reported from partners
• Excellent documentation skills
• Analytical and conceptual thinker
• Competency in all Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent planning, organizational and time management skills

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree
• 2 – 3 years software testing experience
• 2 – 3 years writing business requirements preferred
