We are seeking a dynamic, talented Healthcare Recruiter to join our team.
The Healthcare Recruiter manages the flow of recruitment for the Grace Federal Solutions team. This role would require high-volume recruiting in a fast-paced staffing environment. The ideal candidate would develop unique and innovative tactics to help hire and retain top talent. Focus would be on clinical positions such as Oncology Nurse, NP/PA, Clinical Documentation Improvement Specialist, etc.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Post job descriptions to internal and external recruiting boards, and maintain internal job postings
- Source, review, screen, and interview candidates
- Partner with hiring managers to facilitate organization of new employee training
- Develop candidate attraction and sourcing strategies by effectively marketing opportunities, developing key relationships, and utilizing strategies to identify and attract top talent
- Maintain pipeline of qualified candidates to deliver against urgent needs
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for passive and active candidates.
- Develop and qualify new business leads.
- Build relationships and sell directly to our clients.
- Create relationships by initiating communication and following up.
- Position involves receiving and responding to a large volume of correspondence including emails, text and phone calls.
- Work with Business Development to identify and secure new business.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Position would entail high-volume recruiting. A sense of urgency, the ability to assess and make quick decisions about talent is required.
- Ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions in a manner consistent with the essential job functions

- High-energy, drive and ambition.
- Demonstrated track record of accuracy and attention to detail
- Self-driven and organized individual with the ability to track and maintain many tasks and responsibilities
- Exhibit excellent judgment and maturity in critical thinking and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
- Ability to effectively manage a high volume of calls and emails
- Ability to collaborate and successfully build internal and external relationships
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3-5 years experience as a Recruiter with 1-2 years of Clinical Recruiting experience. Sales experience a plus.
- Must have a proven record of success and be able to operate a full desk.
