THIS POSITION IS TEMPORARY AND EXPECTED TO END IN SEPTEMBER 2022. THE GOAL IS TO MIGRATE PAPER RECORDS INTO ELECTRONIC FORMAT FOR RETENTION PURPOSES.

PLEASE NOTE, THE FLU AND COVID-19 VACCINES ARE MINIMUM WORK REQUIREMENTS AT GRACE HEALTH.

EXAMPLES OF DUTIES: (This list may not be all inclusive.)

1. Scans, indexes and electronically distributes medical and dental reports and documentation via Electronic Health Records (EHR), and Electronic Dental Records (EDR) systems.
2. Prints or copies patient records.
3. Follows medical records policies and procedures.
4. Documents activities in patient charts.

REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum of one-year medical office experience preferred
• Medical terminology knowledge preferred
