We hire talented, motivated, fun and friendly people, and are currently looking to fill the position of DTC (DIRECT TO CONSUMER) MARKETING AND GROWTH MANAGER.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The DTC MARKETING AND GROWTH MANAGER will be responsible for leading our marketing team in the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives across the B2C, Amazon (and other 3rd party platforms), and B2B channels. The position will report to the VP of Sales and Marketing, and will be accountable for managing the marketing budget and ROAS to drive profitable sales growth across all sales channels.

QUALIFICATIONS: The ideal candidate will have an established track record as a leader within digital marketing and ecommerce. THEY WILL LIKELY HAVE HELD PRIMARY LEADERSHIP RESPONSIBILITY FOR SUCCESSFULLY BUILDING AND SCALING CONSUMER BRAND(S) TO $5M - $10M+ IN DTC SALES.

Interested candidates should have significant experience in each of the following areas:

· Web design and architecture, creating a great UX/UI

· Development of creative and effective digital content

· Managing SEO, SEM, and email marketing

· Developing and managing effective paid media campaigns

    o PPC Google ads

    o Amazon ads

    o Social media (including FB, Instagram, and Youtube)

· Developing marketing funnels to effectively manage the customer journey from prospect to engaged consumer

· Influencer and Affiliate marketing

· Shopify and Salsify experience preferred

THE POSITION REQUIRES THAT THE CANDIDATE POSSESS THE FOLLOWING ATTRIBUTES:

· STRATEGIST – Able to develop and execute an effective digital marketing strategy to drive and convert web traffic into profitable sales growth.

· LEADER – Excellent interpersonal communication skills with the ability to effectively recruit, direct, develop, and retain a high functioning and highly collaborative team.

· DATA ANALYST – Able to effectively analyze what’s working and what’s not, leading to exceptional ROAS and sales growth

· CURIOUS LEARNER – Actively keeps abreast of ever-changing technology and digital marketing trends

Specifics Job Duties –

• Oversee existing storefronts to ensure appropriate branding, product mix, and content.
• Oversee the marketing campaign planning process and strategy development in accordance with overall brand and ecommerce growth plans
• Manage and build a digital marketing team to execute and optimize campaigns and achieve clear objectives.
