Grace Senior Living of Sharpsburg recently acquired Magnolia Senior Living of Sharpsburg.

Grace has an exciting opportunity for a professional sales and marketing leader with demonstrated sales experience in senior living, hotel hospitality, or related healthcare environment. The Director of Sales and Marketing builds relationships with the adult children of prospective residents, the seniors themselves, professional referral sources, and local natural occurring retirement communities. As the director, he or she is responsible for all phases of the sales and marketing process to ensure that the community achieves and maintains strong occupancy levels. The successful Director is a compassionate listener who builds deep connections and follows a disciplined sales process to gain a family's commitment. Leads are generated through an excellent market planning. Here are some of the responsibilities and duties of this role:

Conduct tours of available apartments

Manage leads

Develop a marketing plan

Participate in outreach and networking meetings

Facilite and coordinate move in process

Responsible for meeting move in goals monthly and meeting KPI expectations.

Compensation will include a base salary, move in commission, and monthly occupancy bonus.

Grace will be expanding as we own the property across the street and plans are already underway to build an additional community. The Director of Sales and Marketing would be an intricate part of selling and promoting the new Grace location.
