Join Grace Psychological Services, where hope and healing begin, in addressing the needs of our community. • Maintain effective, ethical, and empathetic counseling relationships with clients in adherence with the standards of our practice and HIPAA laws • Perform clinical intake assessments and conduct therapy services as scheduled (in-person and remote) • Develop and execute treatment plans, determine appropriate milestones to gauge client progress, and maintain accurate client documentation • Attend team meetings, clinical presentations and practice workshops as required • Stay up to date with scientific research regarding therapy practices. Attend case conferences and • didactics as required • Open to integrating Christian counseling into their therapy sessions for clients who find this valuable in their treatment. Qualifications: • Doctoral degree in psychology • Licensed psychologist in the State of Kentucky and maintenance of Kentucky licensure at all times after the hire date • Comfort working with clients in a remote or face to face setting • Strong foundation of the interpersonal and communication skills needed for individual, couples, family, and group therapy. • Agree to follow the American Association of Christian Counselors ethics code. Compensation: $75 - $90 hourly
