About the Role:

Join Grace Of Georgia Operations LLC as a Resident Care Coordinator and make a difference in the lives of our senior residents. This full time position offers a rewarding opportunity to provide compassionate care and support in a nurturing environment.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and oversee daily care activities for residents to ensure their well-being.

Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with Wellness Director.

Monitor and document residents' health status and changes in condition.

Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal hygiene and medication management.

Communicate effectively with families, staff, and external healthcare providers.

Conduct regular assessments to ensure high-quality care standards are met.

Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, fostering a warm community atmosphere.

Requirements:

Previous experience in senior care or a related field is preferred.

Med Tech certification

Certification in CPR and First Aid is a plus.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compassionate demeanor with a genuine passion for helping seniors.

Basic knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices.

High school diploma or equivalent; further education in healthcare is a plus.

Flexible schedule to accommodate part-time hours, including weekends.
