GRACEKENNEDY FOODS (USA) LLC – DBA LA FE is a subsidiary of GraceKennedy Ltd. We are a full service distributor of a range of over 1,400 products in the categories of grocery, frozen, dairy and beverages. We represent some of the top brands of food products from the Caribbean, Central America, South America and Europe.

With operations located in Wood Ridge, New Jersey; Miami, Florida and Atlanta serving the Eastern United States, our solid network of sub-distributors and wholesalers augment our direct to retail operation, allowing coverage to the mid-western states and the West Coast.

GraceKennedy Foods is responsible for distributing the La Fe brand, Grace brand, Grace owned brands, and principal brands.

PURPOSE OF JOB

To achieve the continued profitable growth in sales of GraceKennedy Foods (USA) LLC through proper customer account management and development and brand growth for the assigned territory.

KEY OUTPUTS/DELIVERABLES

To maintain a profitable relationship with each customer on the assigned territory/route, resulting in the achievement of the sales and strategic objectives of the company.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

· Ensure distribution and availability of products to the assigned customers

· Ensure the effective implementation of all Marketing Programs (ie: Promotions, Plano-grams, and Pricing)

· Professionally represent the company and brand in the assigned territory

· Ensure proper management of receivables

· Build and maintain a win-win relationship with each customer

· Perform any other duties delegated from time to time to maintain a high level of efficiency and profitability in the department

· Adhere to all company policies and sales procedures

PERFORMANCE CRITERIA

· Achievement of Revenue Targets

· Achievement of Gross Profit Target

· Achievement of Gross Margin Target

· Achievement of Case Target

· Achievement of Accounts Receivables Target

MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

·Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Marketing or equivalent. REQUIRED

· BI-LINGUAL: ENGLISH AND SPANISH (BOTH SPOKEN AND WRITTEN) REQUIRED

· At least 3 years working experience in Sales, REQUIRED

· Knowledge of Marketing principles and experience a plus
