    Job Summary:

    As the E-commerce/IT Specialist at GB Wear, you will play a vital role in managing and optimizing our online sales channels for both business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-consumer (B2C) customers. Your responsibilities include overseeing the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platforms, enhancing the customer experience, implementing digital marketing strategies, and managing the company's information technology infrastructure. We are seeking a dynamic individual with expertise in e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, and information technology.

    Key Responsibilities

    As an E-commerce/IT Specialist at GB Wear, you will be responsible for:

    · Oversee the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platforms, ensuring all product listings are accurate, up-to-date, and visually appealing.

    · Oversee the deployment and maintenance of GB Wear's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.

    · Address any technical issues, optimize website performance, and enhance user experience.

    · Manage hardware and software assets, ensuring their availability, scalability, and efficiency.

    · Manage product categorization, inventory levels, and pricing to align with marketing and sales strategies.
    Digital Marketing:

    · Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic and conversions, utilizing channels such as email marketing, social media, search engine optimization (SEO), and paid advertising.

    · Analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions to optimize their effectiveness.

    · Create engaging content for product descriptions, blog posts, and social media channels to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.
    B2B Sales Support:

    · Coordinate with customer service to develop and maintain a strong relationship with B2B clients.

    · Assist with the creation of customized catalogs and promotional materials for B2B customers.

    · Process B2B orders, track shipments, and provide excellent customer support to B2B clients.
    Customer Experience Enhancement:

    · Implement strategies to improve the overall customer experience, from browsing and purchasing to post-purchase support and returns.

    · Monitor customer feedback and reviews, addressing any issues promptly to maintain a positive brand reputation.

    Market Research and Competitor Analysis:

    · Stay up-to-date with industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.

    · Conduct market research to identify potential growth opportunities and recommend new product lines or improvements to existing ones.

    Analytics and Reporting:

    · Utilize web analytics tools to track website performance, sales metrics, and customer behavior, providing regular reports to management.

    · Use data insights to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable strategies to optimize sales and conversion rates.
    Vendor Management:

    · Liaise with external vendors and service providers to negotiate contracts, review SLAs, and maintain positive working relationships.

    · Evaluate vendor offerings and make recommendations based on the company's needs and requirements.

    Project Management:

    · Manage projects from conception to completion, including budgeting, resource allocation, and timelines.

    · Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

    Budgeting and Cost Control:

    · Develop and manage the E-commerce and IT budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.

    · Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to optimize IT expenses.

    Minimum Requirements

    To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

    • 3+ years of e-commerce/IT management experience.

    • Experience with e-commerce systems such as Shopify and content management systems (Klaviyo).

    • Experience in developing, implementing, and managing product management in an e-commerce retail environment.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field strongly preferred.
    • Thorough understanding of end-to-end e-commerce processes, including website infrastructure, content management, and customer-facing functionality.
    • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, security, and systems administration.
    • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, email marketing, and social media advertising.
    • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive business decisions.
    • Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
    • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and IT.
    • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously using various software/tools.
    • Highly organized and able to work under time pressure.
    • Excellent critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
    • A passion for martial arts or familiarity with the Gracie Barra brand is a plus.

    Work Schedule & Pay Details:

    · This is a full-time, salaried exempt position.

    · Office hours at 8am-5pm, however this role’s hours may vary and from time to time may require work on weekends and holidays.

    · Pay range is approximately $80,000-$100,000 yearly.
