Grade Foreman

$80,000.00 to $105,000.00 per year based on experience.

5 years + experience as a foreman required.

Experience and a thorough knowledge of civil and municipality grading requirements in the Hampton Roads and tidewater area is a must.

We are looking for individuals with experience in all aspects of site developmnt including E&S requirements, roadways, parking lots, BMPs, swales, and building pads.

GPS Experience is a must; Experience with Topcon system is preferred.

We are looking for an individual with experience and understanding of civil plan documents, specifications, third party inspections, OSHA standards, and completing projects start to finish.

We are looking for a leader that works well with owners, general contractors, and inspectors.

This individual must have a working knowledge of elevations, slopes, and percentages as they pertain to project completion and meeting specification requirements.

A good driving record is required
