THE HIRED CANDIDATE WILL JOIN A MULTIDISCIPLINARY TEAM OF ENGINEERS AND WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support the Project Manager in coordinating project deliverables.
Assist in the monitoring of the project scope, budget, and schedule
Project coordination between other design disciplines.
Assisting with preparation of client submittals, reports, presentations, analysis, guidelines, and project plans
Prepare meeting minutes or other project documentation as needed
Develop , with the oversight of the Project Manager, Change Orders or other contractual documents between the Client and the Design Team
Prepare, track and resolve requests for information (RFI) in liaison with the design team and the Client to ensure the design team has the information required to complete the design.
Support the Project manager with project reporting as required
Support in the delivery of high quality, coordinated, on time deliverables that meet the project intent and client needs
Support the creation of various management plans required for the project.
Develop broad technical knowledge and awareness to facilitate management of technical disciplines
Utilize project management techniques, systems, procedures, and tools utilized to meet project objectives.
REQUIRED:
Completion of a Bachelor's Degree or a Masters Degree in the field of Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering or Architecture
Minimum 3.0 GPA
Sound knowledge of engineering fundamentals
Professional demeanor
Good communication skills essential for team-based working
Excellent planning and organization skills required for our fast-paced environment
Must be highly motivated, proactive and willing to take on new challenges
Able to work independently or as part of a large team
Interest in infrastructure and buildings projects
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Must not require sponsorship, now or in the future to be considered for this role
