The Graduate Specialist Program – Sales is a full-time rotational development program designed to accelerate high potential graduates into future commercial, marketing, and business leaders within HydraForce, a Bosch company.
Over the duration of the program, you will complete four strategically designed rotations that provide broad exposure across sales, marketing, and business operations. This immersive experience builds strong commercial acumen, customer engagement expertise, and cross-functional understanding — preparing you for a challenging specialist or project leadership role within Sales upon successful completion.
